Who have done Bachelors or Masters from these universities in Sciences,Technology & Engineering majors must apply for JICA Japan's "Innovative Asia" Fully Funded Scholarships for Masters and PhD in one of the 15 designated Universities in Japan (World's Top ranked universities in Japan are in the list of 15 universities) (1000 Scholarships will be offered in 5 years).

Also contact JICA office in Pakistan to further ask about procedures. (Link given on website). Also contact your universities such as NUST, UET, NED about it
But the first step is to get admission in designated universities in Japan. So check those universities admissions and apply for them
Deadline: Different for 15 universities. Will be between March to May 2017. So check the deadlines and apply asap

Once you are approved as a scholar by JICA,
JICA will refund entrance examination fee for an applied Japanese Univ.
